HANDYMAN SERVICES
£75.00 + VAT
- One hour – £75.00 + VAT per person
- Every next half an hour – £35 + VAT
- For all day work (8 hours) an estimate is required
- For work more than one day, a free estimate is required
- Minimum charge: 1 hour per visit, per person (even if the job is less time)
ELECTRICIAN SERVICES
£95.00 + VAT
- One hour – £95.00 + VAT per person
- Every next half an hour – £45 + VAT
- For all day work (8 hours) an estimate is required
- For consumer unit replacement or rewiring, a free estimate is required
- Minimum charge: 1 hour per visit, per person (even if the job is less time)
PLUMBING SERVICES
£95.00 + VAT
- One hour – £95.00 + VAT per person
- Every next half an hour – £45 + VAT
- For all day work (8 hours) an estimate is required
- For replacing of boiler or work over one day, a free estimate is required
- Minimum charge: 1 hour per visit, per person (even if the job is less time)
AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING
£25.00 + VAT
- One hour – £25.00 + VAT per person (including cleaning products)
- Minimum booking – 6 hours
- For all day work (8 hours) an estimate is required
- For multiple-day work, a free estimate is required
- Minimum charge: 1 hour per visit, per person (even if the job is less time)
ALL OTHER BUILDER SERVICES
- Require on-site viewing and free estimate
- Minimum charge: 1 hour per visit, per person (even if the job is less time)
